About: Michael Toulouse is Program Director of Classical Music Indy and the host of Classical Music with Michael Toulouse. You’ve heard his voice as one of central Indiana’s popular classical music radio hosts – now meet him in person! With three decades hosting classical music programs throughout the Midwest, Michael’s expert knowledge and award-winning broadcasts keep you tuning in for more. This event kicks off national Classical Music Month in September. To celebrate, Michael will share how he selects classical pieces for his radio show, why his listening audience matters, and how today’s classical compositions are shaping the future of classical music. #RandomActsofMusic Classical Stroll

When: Saturday, September 16, 10:30am-4:30pm
Where: The Canal Walk
About: #RandomActsofMusic are pop-up concerts that beautify Indianapolis. These spontaneous concerts can be anywhere and anytime! Classical Stroll is a special event that will happen along the Canal Walk. We will have musicians perform along the canal, changing locations every hour. We hope you’ll take a stroll with us on the Canal and listen to some beautiful music!
